Why Buy With FRANK?

Boulder home for sale in Mapleton neighborhood
Mapleton neighborhood home

Since 2004 I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes. I’ve personally had transactions in three countries and three states. People like working with me and they trust me in this incredibly important transaction. So I get not just the process, but more importantly the mindset.  Realtors all have unintelligible letters after their names, and I’m no different.  But the designation I use almost daily is my CNE – Certified Negotiation Expert.  I will negotiate professionally and in an ethical way for you, and be alongside you for the complete process. I don’t ‘hand your file off’ to someone else.  Together we can find you the right home.

They taught me in Negotiation class that old saw about having one mouth but two ears. I will listen to you as you outline what kind of home you want, but especially what kind of lifestyle you’re looking for in Boulder County.  You may want urban all-on, all-the-time.  Or maybe you’re looking for a ranch to give your horses and yourself some space. Perhaps you  want to be near CU or another school.   I’ve personally arrived in several communities, including this one, knowing hardly anyone and struggling to find amenities.  I can help with your relocation process, so that by the time you arrive in Boulder you can feel confident you made the right choice, first in your Realtor and most importantly in your new life here in Boulder!

What is the importance of getting pre-approved for a mortgage? How do you go about getting pre-approved?

I have several local lenders that I can recommend.  But my strongest recommendation is to get pre-approved before (or at least the same time as) starting your home search.  You will be able to know what you can afford, your offer will be treated much more seriously, and you’ll avoid surprises along the way where your lender asks for a document that’s tough to find.
